STATEMENT
We have a unique relationship with Girlguiding UK and are extremely proud to be a Guiding County in our own right in North-West England Region. Guiding in the Isle of Man started in 1915 with a small number of girls and their determined leaders. Today we are the Island’s largest voluntary youth organisation. Girlguiding Isle of Man comprises of 62 groups, that’s 1,257 people engaged in weekly youth programme of activities for girls and young women aged 5 to 26.
