Jocelyn is from Cleator Moor in West Cumbria and has been a Brownie Leader for over 40 years. She is a skilled trainer and has held numerous other posts including CHQ Chair of Programme during the last programme updates, district and division commissioner, and trainer coordinator. 

In her spare time, she enjoys holidays, attending music concerts, theatre and spending time with her five great nieces.
