The Ruby and Sapphire rooms can be opened out to make one large meeting room. Our maximum capacity is 100 delegates for a social meeting with no tables. We would recommend a visit to discuss the options for a meeting of this nature.

We also have an office space available upon request.

Room booking charges

• Girlguiding members: £30 per half day or full day £50
• Charity: £45 per half day or full day £85
• Corporate: £85per half day or full day £150
• Breakout rooms available at £20per half day or full day £35

 
Please note a half day equates to 4 hours, anything above would be charged at the full day rate.

Catering

Refreshments can be provided for just £3.00 per head which includes tea, coffee, and water. If catering is required, we offer a cold buffet lunch at £8.00 per person.
