Watch the Lionesses v Ukraine in Liverpool

Watch the Lionesses play in Liverpool… for free!

We’re delighted to have been approached by The FA with an exciting opportunity for Girlguiding members to access free tickets to the upcoming Women’s World Cup Qualifier between England Women and Ukraine.

Fixture: England Women V Ukraine
Date: Tuesday 9 June
Kick-off: 8pm
Venue: Hill Dickinson Stadium, Everton

The opportunity is open to all Girlguiding members, whether attending as a unit or with family, and tickets can be redeemed directly via The FA’s website.

To claim the tickets, you will need to have or create an FA online account. You will also need to provide a special offer code, which is available either directly from your County Commissioner, or you can also get this code by emailing northwesthq@girlguidingnwe.org.uk.

Please quote “Lionesses Match Offer” in the subject line and give your name and member number in the body of the email. Note that emails sent to the region office will be replied to between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Once you have your code, here’s how you can book:

• Create an FA account, if you don’t already have one (they can take up to 15 minutes to become active).
• Visit the event page and log-in, enter the booking code and select ‘Apply’.
• This will unlock the ‘Girlguiding Comp’, offering up to 20 complimentary tickets.
  – for up to 10 tickets: select standard booking.
  – for up to 20 tickets: select the Group tab and re-enter the code.
• You can choose your preferred seating category or select ‘Best Available’. Please note tickets are first come, first served.

Important information and things to consider:

When booking:

• Bookings must be completed within the allotted time once the code is applied.
• Only e-tickets are available and will be sent no later than 48 hours before the match.
• If users experience issues creating or accessing their FA account, they should contact The FA Customer Engagement Team via their website.

For Girlguiding members and unit leaders

• Uniform is optional, unless you’re attending as a unit, in which case the usual uniform guidelines apply.
• Group attendance should be risk assessed in the same way you would normally risk assess a unit trip.
• We’d love to see photos of you in uniform! Please tag our social media channels or send images to abbie.ward@girlguidingnwe.org.uk.

We appreciate this offer is coming to you at very short notice. We’d love to see as many girls as possible able to take advantage of it. Please, where possible, share this opportunity across your networks.

Tickets are available to book now and are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred seating.
